Upload, export compliance, build disappears.

We had an issue before this where:

1. We upload the app to iTunes Connect. (We can then see it under TestFlight and iOS builds)

2. We click Provide Export Compliance (As we cannot test without providing this information)

3. Received an error (Something like "Please try again later")

We can now get past this but have a new issue.

The issue:

1. We upload the app to iTunes Connect. (We can then see it under TestFlight and iOS builds)

2. We click Provide Export Compliance (As we cannot test without providing this information)

3. We choose "nothing has changed/app has no encryption"

4. We click "Start internal testing"

5. Go back and the app has disappeared from builds. The version numbers stay, but there is nothing under them.

I'm having this exact problem, so far Customer Support has been unable to help. Did you find a fix?

Here is my process:

- I upload using Application Loader.

- It appears in the Activity Panel.

- It appears in the Test Flight panel, with a yellow triangle Error Symbol to add the Export Compliance Data.

- I add the Export Data ('No', as mine is only a simple game) click Start Internal Testing.

- Build immediately disappears from Test Flight, still shows in the Activity Panel.

I've tried this 3 or 4 times with different Builds and encountered the exact same issue everytime. It's possible I'm totally missing something as this is my first time working through Itunes Connect but it's difficult to tell as no other error message is turning up to alert me.

If anyone has any insight, thanks in advance
