Our organization is focused primarily on building enterprise application solutions for companies. When we look at the developer program, it doesn't exactly fit what we build for our business clients. Our solution is usually deployed on the client site, but now can also be in the cloud. But they need us to support the MDM, entitlement and provisioning features available in the enterprise program. On the other hand, we do have some apps that can be sold standalone to individuals / consumers and these fit into the Developer program.
Here are our questions:
- Can we enroll for the enterprise program to deliver enterprise solutions to our clients who use these solutions with their users, even though these are not solutions we will use with our users?
- Do we need to enroll for both the developer and the enterprise programs to deliver both to enterprise clients and to consumers or will the enterprise program cover both areas for us?
- If we are enrolled in the developer program, but should be enrolled in the enterprise program, can we have the developer program upgraded to enterprise without paying the entire enterprise enrollment fee?
Will appreciate guidance and direction on this. None of this has been very clear to us.

Bruce
