Hi,

After updating to Sequoia, 15.3.2 and 15.4, when I try to install app from App Store, the confirming installing button is missing if a desktop app is running. Please reference the attached video and image for details.

I can confirm this issue exists on my Mac running macOS 15.3.2. This is a critical bug that affects user experience and app installation workflow. The missing confirmation button when desktop apps are running is particularly problematic as it prevents users from installing new apps without closing all running applications.

Steps to reproduce:

Have any desktop application running
Open App Store
Try to install any app
The confirmation button is missing from the installation dialog

This issue started appearing after updating to macOS 15.3.2 and persists in 15.4. Please investigate and fix this issue as it significantly impacts the user experience.
