App "Removed from Sale" without any information

Hey guys. I have an app (Vers 3.0) that's been live on the app store since Nov 2016.

We uploaded a new build (Ver 3.1) on Dec 2016, which was also approved by Apple. However, we decided not to publish 3.1 and just left the status "Pending Developer Release"

This weekend - May 20, 2017, our live version (3.0) suddenly changed status to "Removed from Sale" without any form of communication from Apple as to why. I only knew becasue I got a notification from the iTunes Connect App of the change in status. I checked iTunes Connect on desktop, and there was no explanation as well. So I decided to just publish 3.1 (the newest approved version) and status of 3.1 changed from "Pending Developer Release" to "Processing for app store" Almost instantly, it changed to "Removed from Sale" again, with no notes whatsoever.

I tried emailing support, and was told to email appstorenotices@apple.com I did and all I got was a system-generated response that they do not accept infringement claims via email. But, I am not trying to claim any infringements, I just wanted to know the reason why it was removed from sale so we can fix it as soon as possible.

I decided to call Developer Support and was told to just send an email to appstorenotices@apple.com. I explained that I only get a auto-response and was basically told by the Customer Support guy that there's nothing else that I can do?

I tried to include here all the facts I think is relevant. Hoping to get what you guys think about this.

Also, I do not see any resolution center in my iTunes Connect?

Thank you

To add, we tried to upload a new build. Howwever, iTunes Connect won't allow us. A notification pops up that says our app is currently inolved in an app store notices dispute and I should email appstorenotices@apple.com together with the dispute number in the Subject of the email. However, I do not have any dispute number as again, I never got any form of communication from Apple.

I really want to fix this as soon as possible, but it seems my message to the email address will only get an automated reply unless a dispute number is included in the subject line.

I am on the same boat with one of my apps. Did you find a resolution.

Try checking your account email addresses as they may have sent an email to one of those addresses. In my case, it was sent to a developer's email address. The developer was not anymore a part of our team, but we failed to remove his email address from our account.

We have already resolved the issue with the dispute, however, up until now, (1 month after the resolution) Apple still has not made our app available again. Been sending email follow ups with them on a daily basis, still nothing
