My MacBook Pro 2011, and MacBook Air 2014 have both had 10.11 beta 1 installed on them at one point. Both of these have had automatic updates turned on and they both upgraded to beta 2 when that was released. They both have troubles logging in. The screen to select a profile will boot up and I am able to enter in my password. From there the rainbow wheel just begins to spin. I left my MacBook Air on overnight to see if the problem would be resolved with time but it still continued to spin and I was forced to restore the Air to a brand new state. My MacBook Pro is still having this issue. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and has been able to resolve it or if there is no way besides to restore. Thanks for the help.

Hi, is this still an issue for you?

If so, to diagnose the problem, could you please try booting into your MBP in Safe Mode (Shift key at startup, until you see the progress bar) and then booting normally, but with all internet access removed.

I've been having this problem as well. I just upgraded to public beta 5 and haven't been able to log in. The farthest I've gotten was typed in my password and then it just sits there spinning away, I've tried hard reboot to no avail. I'm beginning to think it is associated with my kerpersky anti virus software. Any suggestions would be great!
