I have an app, which offers a free trial. I'm looking at the Analytics and was wondering whether App Units would denote the amount of people who have downloaded the app or the amount of people that have downloaded the app, purchased a free trial and will turn into in-app purchases once their free trial ends?

App Units
The number of first-time app purchases made on the App Store using iOS 8 or later. App updates, downloads from the same Apple ID onto other devices, and redownloads to the same device are not counted. Family Sharing downloads are included for free apps, but not for paid apps.
In-App Purchases
The number of first-time purchases of an In-App Purchase on a device using iOS 8 or later. Restored In-App Purchases, whether on the same or on a different device, are not counted.
