Hello Apple Team and Community,
I’m reaching out to seek help and possibly escalate a request related to my Apple Developer Program account migration.
I submitted a request to migrate my account from an Individual to an Organization over 6 weeks ago, and despite multiple follow-ups with Developer Support, I have not received any response or update from the internal review team. Support has confirmed they have no visibility into the status, which has left me without a clear timeline or next steps.
This delay is significantly impacting our app release schedule and business operations, as we are unable to publish under our official organization identity.
I respectfully request that this be escalated to the appropriate team or a Developer Relations advisor who can provide clarity or expedite the review.
Any advice or assistance from the community or Apple staff would be greatly appreciated.
