Has anyone been able to submit a build yesterday or today? I'm getting 23690 and/or 22421 errors.

I'm having the same issue - yesterday and today. Although now I am getting "The iTunes Store is experiencing an internal error." though the systemstatus says everything is up.

I also see my binaries on itunesconnect (for each time I tried) and they are in the "Processing" state for a day or more

I tried the fix from another post, in which you update the iTMSTransporter component from command line. This also did not work - but the "iTunes Store is experiencing an internal error" is gone and I'm left with "the action could not be completed.Try Again (-22421)"

This happens to me after the binary is uploaded completely

I just talked to Apple support (June 1, morning) and they tell me this is a known problem that Apple Engineers are working on right now. There is no known time for a fix, but he suggests trying again each day

I have this same issue start last night. We finally submit the app by Application Loader this morning. 6/1 10:30AM PST

i have just tried the application loader as jim explained and it work. HAPPY UPLOADING GUYS!!

Here's an interesting point.

I tried the fix from the other threads have been stating namely:

1. cd ~
2. mv .itmstransporter/ .old_itmstransporter/
3. "/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app/Contents/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter"

This did not work, I tried reinstalling XCode, that didn't either. So I tried the 'Application Loader' route but I had to go and create an Apple ID app‑specific password in order to sign into Application Loader. After that, I was able to upload my app. However the next time I tried to load another build via the Organiser in XCode my -22421 problem went away and I was able to succesfully upload via XCode once again.

I had this problem for a couple of days.

On the second day I just figured maybe Apple did something that may have fixed it.

On investigation I found that they had invalidated my Profiles (no warning or email message about this though).

I rebuilt the profiles, re-installed them in Xcode (download and double click), then rebuilt my app(with an incremented build version) and it uploaded first time and processed about 20minutes later for me to TestFlight out.

I have no idea why they invalidated my profiles, they were not due to expire until November.

Anyway hope this helps someone.
