How to download the beta on windows?

If you want to update to the beta using the profile and don't have a Mac or lightning cable handy, you can email it to yourself, and install the profile from Mail. You can also use iTunes to install the .ipsw file using the instructions on the Developer website in the Downloads section.

Here's how I installed iOS 11 Beta:

1) Open Safari on your device

2) Visit Beta.Apple.com

3) Tap the iOS 11 Link

4) Log into your Developer Account

5) Tap 'Download' and this will download the Configuration Profile to your device

6) Restart your device (it'll prompt you)

7) Check for App Updates via Settings

8) Download & Install iOS 11 Beta

To install the iOS Developer Beta Profile, navigate to http://developer.apple.com/downloads, and select the Download button next to the iOS 11 Beta. It may ask you what device to install it on (if you have an Apple Watch), select the iPhone. Install the profile and restart the phone. After that, Developer Betas will begin to appear in your Software Updates area of Settings.

I also need to download to windows and update it through iTunes because my phone isn't letting me downmload it I keep getting an error message.

Have you installed the configuration file and restarted your device?

I can't download iOS 11 only iOS 10.3.3 beta public in my iPhone.
