Hi All,
I am using Early 2009 iMac with latest El Capitan 10.11.6. My Xcode version is 8.2.1.
Apple is not giving me latest OSX updates & there by Xcode updates. As they have fased out my iMac from latest OSX System Requirement.
Can I upload my new iOS App Update with this System Configuration?
OR Should I change & by new Mac compaletely?

Current minimum for the store is Xcode 6, so yes, you can upload w/your IDE.
That doesn't mean, however, you are guaranteed access to all the latest features, SDKs, etc. with your present Mac.
Apple doesn't document outright, rather devs, as usual, are left to 'discover' the current minimum when adding/updating an app via iTunes Connect/ My Apps / <yourApp>, then 'Prepare for submission' on the left, then beneath 'Build' on the right.
