Hello My first submission attempt rejected by Apple review and I resolved issues then sent a new review. Now when I open the dashboard submission appears rejected but when I clicked the details it looks like in review. What should I do now?

I have the same issue, did you get a answer for this from apple ? I am not sure it was my metadata or any other glitch .

We recommend that you sign up for a session with App Review during the weekly Meet with Apple event. Sign in with your Developer ID and select "Request a one-on-one App Review consultation".
