I have installed iOS 11 on my first-gen iPad Pro 12.9" but I am missing the Videos/TV app yet the videos are still on the iPad.
Is this happening with anyone else?

I had this on my apple tv but when I signed back into itunes app was back try signing out of itunes then back in..I have app on my ipad..Do you have videos app back?

BBut for some reaosn my iPad is recognizing I’m in the Chinese store
I just searched for Video in Spotlight, and downloaded it from the App Store.
TV app is on my iPad. (Videos app went away in iOS 10.)
TV app is still on my 12.9, no problems here.
Confirmed on a second device.
Upgrading from iOS 10.3.* to iOS 11, on countries without the "TV app", will remove the "Videos" app.
Going to the App Store it's obviously hard to find it by searching for "Videos", however by searching for any Apple app, and then clicking on "Apple" to see all apps, there's the "Video" app ready to be downloaded.
For the countries with the "TV app", I can't pronounce about the subject.

No matter in which country you are, follow this link: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/apple-tv/id1174078549?l=es&mt=8 It will take you to iTunes store USA and there the TV app will appear, just tap open and it will turn the icon from Videos to TV. NOTE: sometimes you have to repeat the procedure 2 times until it success!!!

This happened to me as well with my Apple TV with the upgrade to 11.0 - the TV shows and TV app disappeared. I’m an American overseas as well and just figured out with the update some how my itunes account was re-assigned to the local country, not my country of residence (USA). So I signed-out of my iTunes account. Once I did that it listed a country of the ITunes Store. I changed it to USA and re-signed in. The TV shows and TV app re-appeared.
