Can confirm that the YouTube app on the iPad doesn't show the proper header.
On the iPhone the header is thick, with "YouTube" on the left side, and three icons - camera, search and my profile.
On the iPad the hader is thin (only the system header), and where the remaining header should be, it's white, and there's only the profile icon on the right side. No search nor camera.
Not possible to search on iPad YouTube.
Yep, No search on YouTube app on my iPad Air 2 either.
