same problem. I haved been trying since last few hours. Exactly same Software Update failed, an error occured downloading Developer Beta. Even I tried deleting downloaded version from storage and reinstall again but same problem. even hard reset didnt help.
Please help if anyone have any solution.

What carrier are you all on? Tbh I would recommend waiting for the next beta version. I successfully installed this on several of my devices however there are many bugs at present so I've reverted to beta 10.3.3 for now.
