Anyone notice charging issues with the USB Camera adapter attached? With or without an accessory attached I get the Not Charging message.

i am having this issue since updating to IOS 10.3.1 , before it seemed fine. After 1 or 2 minutes it simply stops functioning, until next reboot.
On previous IOS it was working fine.
