Hey,
I have a 2015 MBP with TB2 and I was wondering if external GPUs are supported. I've seen some videos on YouTube of people using TB3 to TB2 adapters and getting it to work but I wanted to check if it was going to be officially supported before shelling out hundreds of dollars to find out it doesn't work.

Sonnet is supportthing thunderbolt 2 and thunderbolt 1. Not totally sure if this means that they are going to be officially supported in High Sierra, it would be nice to find out from Apple whether they are just not supporting thunderbotl 2 with the dev kit or not at all, especially since in Sonnet's test (also on the page) with a 1060 there was barely any differnece between 2 and 3.
