Hi, our app is in waiting for review status for more than a week, we again have uploaded one 2 days ago, hoping the status would change, it is still in waiting for review status, we have another version which needs to be uploaded apart from the one waiting for review, as our SSL is expiring on the beginning of next month, please help as this will make our app inaccessible to our customers.

We have contacted apple using the contact us link twice, and still no change in the app status, can you please expedite the review, we have another version of the app which we needs to be uploaded with renewed SSL certificate, which is expiring in the beginning of next month. This will impact our customers, this is a financial app. If we reject the current build again it will take more time to review, please inform what is to be done. We are contacting apple in this forum as our certificates are expiring, else we would've waited longer.
Still no change in app status, we had to cancel the current review build and have now uploaded app with new certificates, as it is nearing expiry which will happen in the beginning of next month, the contact us option doesn't show call option, we have sent 2 emails, can anyone please respond? No escalation matrix either, no response, what should we do? Please help.
