If a phased release is paused (for example, at 10% rollout) and a new version of the app is subsequently submitted and released, does the previously paused version ever resume rollout to 100%? Or is it permanently halted once a newer version becomes available? Understanding this process is important for our release management strategy. Thank you in advance.
