ICEcard app closes when try to Face Scan via app

ICEcard app is "Emergency as a Service" platform. One of the key feature is to know about primary info, health info, or in case missing child , elderly using Face scan of registered user of app via another registered user of ICEcard app. App was working fine but last 2-3 week back got issue reported of app getting closed as soon Face scan option is selected. to simulate issue > register > open face scan icon at bottom home screen> select any of option accident or health issue or information >> app closes immediately.

Android app is working fine.

Face scan works fine for Testflight users and android users. last one month it is giving problem.

Thank you DTS, yes , app is live for global users. register on app , Home screen , select face scan tab> select any option accident/ health/ info > app closes.

When I open that link I get a page showing no photos and the message “Album is empty”.

app closes.

You mean that the app crashes, right? If so, does that generate a crash report? And if it does, please post that here.

You’ve post a lot of links but none of them lead to a crash report )-: I’m looking for a file with either the .crash or the .ips extension. For advice on how to get that, follow the links in Posting a Crash Report.

I downloaded Runner-2025-09-11-220305.ips and used Quick Look in the Finder to get the human readable version. Here’s what I see:

Exception Type:  EXC_CRASH (SIGABRT)
Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000
Termination Reason: TCC 0 
This app has crashed because it attempted to access privacy-sensitive data without a usage description. The app's Info.plist must contain an NSMicrophoneUsageDescription key with a string value explaining to the user how the app uses this data.

This shows that your app is trying to access the microphone but has no NSMicrophoneUsageDescription property.
