First time using Expedited Review, but it didn’t help

My app has been stuck in "In Review" for a long time. To meet our release date and quickly fix a bug, I requested an Expedited Review for the first time. However, nothing changed—no rejection, no reply, and no reviewer login/installation. The app is still "In Review."
