Hello--
I'm having two problems with TestFlight. One I've found a workaround for, and the other not so much.
First, when I go to answer the Export Compliance question and I say no, I simply get a generic error. I was able to work around that by saying YES, then clicking NO on the follow-up question. I have an email in to Apple about that.
The other problem I'm having is that I can't seem to submit my app for external testing review. All the online resources I found don't match what I'm seeing. There's no link on the left side that says External Testers, and there's no button anywhere to submit the app for beta review. So my app just sits there in ready to submit state. Does anyone know how to submit the app with this newer interface?
