Can’t get the live data from ppg sensor (se os 26.x) for 0 latency parsing of haptics per each pulse (heart beat). any help would be cool. b

HealthKit isn't supposed to provide you the sensor's live data with 0 latency. You can create a watchOS app that uses HKAnchoredObjectQuery to observe new heart rate (HR) and heart rate variability (HRV) samples in the watchOS HealthKit store, and with a HRV sample, you can query heartbeat series samples (HKHeartbeatSeriesSample). That is the best you can get.
