They are test accounts you can create in App Store Connect. For more information, see Create a Sandbox Apple Account.
Testing various age range scenarios on the Age Assurance page in iOS requires iOS 26.2 beta or later. Create a Sandbox Apple Account in App Store Connect, update your device to iOS 26.2 beta, then sign in with the new account in Developer on your device. Tap on the account to manage its settings and view the Age Assurance information.
