Red battery bar 10.13 beta 2

Has anyone seen a red battery bar on 10.13 beta 2? I fully charged my MacBook 2010 7,1, and then had a red battery bar, the battery condition is normal so i don't know if Apple has added this in or not

I've seen the same thing with my 2016 MPBr 13" w/ TouchBar. Fully charge to 100%, continue to use the laptop while charging and then unplug after a while. The battery icon stays red for a while and then without reason it stays at 100% but the icon becomes black.

Seems to be swittching to red when a process is consumig much power.

I thought so too- but I get the red battery when my biggest CPU comsumption is Safari at 11% (2012 Retina MBP, 2.6, 16GB)
