I have a problem with a subscription: it is not recognised by my application (under TestFlight); it is as if it did not exist. I have two subscriptions in the same group, a premium subscription that works perfectly and a basic subscription that is not recognised. I have checked everything at least twenty times. Its status is ‘Ready to submit’.
I asked GPT 5.1 and Claude AI, but clearly both of their AIs are out of date and are giving me an obsolete procedure with App Store Connect options that don't exist.
