iOS9 apps won't install

I'm not getting any apps to build and install on iOS 9 beta 2 with Xcode 7 beta 2 (same issue on beta 1).

I'm getting the following error each time I try and run an app:

"An error was encountered while enabling development on this device. Please try rebooting and reconnecting the device. (0xE800000E)"

I feel like I've tried all the common solutions at this point, and I'm hoping someone else has a suggestion or idea on how to solve this issue:

1. Rebooted and reconnected device (didn't work).

2. Close and relaunch XCode (didn't work).

3. Close and relaunch iTunes & Safari (didn't work).

4. Restarted computer (didn't work).

5. Set Command Line Tools to Xcode 7.0 (didn't work).

Any ideas?

Oh...one more item...

6. The iPhone I'm trying to install on is on my list of approved devices on the member center, and is approved for development.

I have the same problem, hope one can help us.

I encounter the same problem, I solved this finally by this way:

open Xcode -> Preferences -> Locations -> Commond line tools, choose "Xcode 7.0", default value is empty.

I too have the same problem...If someone found a solution please intimate
