Thank you for this post. This inquiry may be more appropriately directed to the Developer Account Support engineers. Upon reviewing the FAQ and process documentation, it is evident that there is no explicit mention of a limit. However, it is a significant process that I believe should not be used lightly and should only be employed in cases of utmost necessity.
