I’m looking for guidance from an Apple Developer moderator or admin.
I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program using my personal Apple ID and completed the enrollment process, including payment of the £79 membership fee (UK). The payment was successful.
However, my membership status has remained “Pending” Since 6th Jan when it said it can take up to 48hrs, I’m still unable to access App Store Connect.
I’ve already submitted a request through the Developer Program → Enrollment → Account & Membership contact form, but I haven’t yet received a response.
Could someone please advise if this has happened to them / how long it can take?

I understand that you are experiencing a delay in the processing of your Apple Developer Program enrollment. While I am not a member of that team and do not have access to their system, I can offer some guidance to you and other developers posting on the forums with the same issue even when the forums are not a communication platform for that team. You have already sent them an email.
I am aware that the team is currently busy after the holidays and is working diligently. Patience is essential during this time. In the meantime, I recommend double-checking that you have completed any necessary verification steps that may have been sent to your email address associated with your Apple ID. Engaging with the Apple Developer forums is not a solution, as that team does not monitor the forums.
