No response from Resolution Centre, need help

Hello,

Our app update got rejected because the app icon resembles another app, we changed our app logo and submitted the app again, but it got reject too stating app icon, marketing materials, name & binaries include the content of another app (we haven't changed marketing material or any content in the app), but they did not say what content it is, we asked for clarification, they responded with the similar message they sent earlier with out any explanation. So we thought talking over phone with an Apple executive would help to get clarification, so we asked them to call us and provided our available timings to call & number, they confirmed us that one of the Apple Representatives will call us in the time we provided. However they did not call us at all, after that we sent them a message again three days ago on Resolution Centre, they haven't responded so far.

Today, we sent a message to App Review board seeking clarification on our app rejection, however I read, it'll take one or two weeks to get response them, so don't know what to do, if anyone been in this kind of situation, what can we do now?

I am also facing the same issue and require attention to my request which have been left unheard of for days.


Where can we go for immediate attention? We do need to have a resolution to the issues we are facing, however we do not receive any replies or acknowledgement.


We require your attention immediately.
