I started with a clean install and it connects to the icloud account but refuses to connect to app store so is unable to download the apps or deal with itunes. and yet in the icloud web site it says it is connected. I have tried all the resets and it wont go back to ios 10.3 either. Help
in iOS 11 beta my iPad cannot connect to app store
Same issue here on iPad 5th generation: I cannot connect to apple store anymore after upgrade to iOS 11 beta. I tried to reboot, to reset network, to logout and login. But nothing. I reported the bug via the feedback app. What to do now? Thanks

Issue: Can’t connect to ITunes
I had similar issue on my iphone. 1. LI enabled apps, updates and usemobile data in itunes & app store section. 2. Then i turned off wifi. 3.Kept only mobile data on. 4. Then turn on and off flight mode. 5. By keeping mobile data on only. Goto app store and then search some apps in app store. Once it finds app. You can turn on your wifi. Good luck
