App stuck "In Review" for 17 days

Hello,

My app has been stuck "In Review" for 17 days with absolutely no communication from App Review or Developer Support.

  • Submitted: February 6, 2026 at 01:55
  • Current Date: February 23, 2026
  • Days in review: 17 DAYS

Previous contact attempts:

  • February 11: Status update request via Apple Developer Support - NO RESPONSE
  • February 13: Follow-up message - NO RESPONSE

Has anyone else experienced such extreme delays? Is there a way to escalate this further?

This is severely impacting our business launch.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
