Enrollment status stuck

I have paid for the enrollment membership program 7 days ago. Yet I always see the message saying "Complete your purchase to continue the enrollment".

Do I have to wait more ? Should I try paying a second time ?

Will the end of my membership be extended by that waiting period ?

Despite two support requests, I am still left waiting without knowing if I have to do something or not.

I feel like this is really unprofessional from a multi-billion dollars company...

I have been waiting 4 days so not quite as long. I tried paying again which annoyingly went through. I have created two support tickets, none of which have been answered. I guess all we can do is wait as there is no way to chase it up it seems UPDATE, i scheduled a call with them, they did it straight away, refund issued and account approved. probably worth trying the same

I've always recommended clients to schedule a call through Apple to figure out why the status is stuck. From the Contact Us page - select the Developer Program option and then follow the prompts to schedule them to call you.

Hi, please could you tell me - where is there an option to schedule a call under support?

I did call their 1-800 number (not cheap from outside the U.S!) and that call centre told me they they have no contact with the apple developer program and that, I should use the chat option, there is no chat option.

I've been waiting over a month, zero response from apple support via the email option.
