Hi, I have paid my Apple developer fees and what I understand is I will have my apps reviewed and feedback given in a reasonable amount of time. However, its been more than 2 weeks, 2 expedited review requests and 2 support requests that have been ignored. Is this a common experience. They said most apps get reviewed with 2-3 days. If they don't provide any feedback, how do we proceed? I have marketing pipeline ready to launch and I can't plan the timeline with this behaviour.
