App stuck in "Waiting for Review" since Feb 20 – no response to support ticket

Hello everyone,

My app has been in "Waiting for Review" status since February 20, and it still hasn’t moved to the review stage yet.

On March 9, I submitted a support ticket asking whether there might be any issue with my submission or if additional information is required from my side. However, I have not received any response from Apple so far.

At this point, I’m not sure if I should continue waiting or if there is anything else I should do to resolve the situation.
