Hi Apple Developer Support Team,

I need urgent assistance with my Apple Developer Program enrollment.

My details:

Enrollment ID: AJ78LF239A
Support Case: 102840241902 (opened 4 days ago, no response yet)

Issue: I have completed all enrollment steps and entered my payment information correctly. When I click the "Continue" button to finalize the payment, the page freezes completely — no error message, no confirmation, nothing happens.

Steps already taken:

Confirmed with my bank that the card supports international purchases
Removed and re-added the card in Apple ID settings
Tried multiple times on different days and browsers
Sent email to Apple Developer support (devprograms)
Opened support case 102840241902 with no response

This is blocking my app from being published on the App Store. I kindly request that someone manually process the payment or provide an alternative method to complete enrollment.

Hi, i faced the same issue. No freeze but error processing payment. Tried all types of credit card but failed. Try using ipad to make payment and faced the same issue.

Hi,

I am also facing the same issue since February 24. Every time I try to complete the purchase, I receive the same error message.

I contacted the iTunes support team, and they advised me to try again after 72 hours. I followed their instructions and waited for the required time. However, even after waiting three times and retrying the payment, the issue still persists. I have now attempted the payment for the fourth time, and I am currently waiting through another 72-hour window.

The iTunes support team asks me to contact the Apple Developer team, while the Developer team asks me to contact the iTunes team. Because of this, I seem to be stuck in a loop between both teams.

The iTunes team also mentioned that there is no dedicated team specifically handling Apple Developer Program purchase issues, and they informed me that the issue has been escalated to their backend team.

At this point, I am still unable to complete the purchase of the Apple Developer account.
