Help. I paid for the subscription 2 days ago (50 hours ago), the account still hasn't been activated. Support doesn't answer for 2 days either. I called, they said they couldn't help in any way. What to do???

I'm experiencing the same problem with no options for getting assistance. There support callback is not working either. I get "Error processing your request" when attempting a callback or submitting an email.
