Long delays - app's stuck in "Waiting for Review"

I submitted a reply to a rejection on the 17th and today is the 20th: no responses yet! What's happening there? I need a feedback! Isn't supposed to arrive within the 48 hours? When shall I expect that?

Moreover there is no way to ask for support anywhere, the page shows an error and the spinning wheel never reaches an end! ...and this is why I'm posting this here.

Thank you for your post. We've begun investigating this issue but we've been unable to locate your app submission to provide further assistance. Can you provide the name and App ID associated with the app? These can be found in App Store Connect in the App Information tab.

Thanks for coming back to me. I found a reply this morning, but it's far from satisfactory! It simply repeats the same points from the initial rejection rather than explaining why my response isn’t sufficient to gain your approval! Thank you for your reply here, but I am absolutely not satisfied with the way the app management Team is trained, as this sort of response is completely unhelpful for moving the project forward!
