Hello all,
I just created my forum acct., downloaded beta 1 min ago, etc. etc., and the FEEDBACK MONITOR ITSELF is broken. this is SO META that I can't take it.
The beta.apple.com site is down.
Is there seriously no "well designed Apple-branded functionality that maintains Steve Jobs' standards" to notify beta users when beta error reporting functionality is down?
I am sitting here trying to help apple with improvements for the upcoming release and stymied in my efforts without explanation. Why no notification system for updates? Could it be because the servers hosting beta.apple.com are under attack? This seems to be an unplanned activity - or if not, are the developers and webmasters and beta support people unable to come to the realization that they could provide warning when removing their own feedback system from operation? Unclear where to log feedback when feedback system itself is down. However, I'd like to make a note that the feedback system itself could use some improvements.
Elemetary!

I am Just a testie person, Now I am not running into the same issue you are with the FeedBack App
But if it is now working correctly Resetting the SMC won't help for sure
so you can try resetting the NVRAM to clear the caches see if that helps
You can also try safe mode see if the issue happens there, if it does not then it was mostly likely a kernel
There would be no point to verifing the disk for this issue. You could also try creating a new account and testing the issue in a new account to narrow it down to either system wide or just an issue with your useer account on the mac.
