Hi Apple Developer Support team,

I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and completed payment on March 25, 2026. My account has remained on Pending status since then (2+ days).

Details: • Invoice: MC60396668 • Order: D009545594 • Case ID: 30000003428051 • Country: Indonesia

I never received an enrollment confirmation/verification email, only the invoice receipt. I also accidentally submitted a second purchase today — please check for duplicate charges.

Could anyone from Apple assist in resolving this? Thank you.
