Does apple responds to to emails? Im not getting any answer why my account not approved

The support team is absolutely useless here. I subscribed to a developer account and everything was fine; I received an email. But because there was a bug in their app, I signed up for a second subscription, and I cancelled the second one. As a result, I haven't heard back from support for a week, and I'm sitting without an account even though I paid for the first subscription. These dogs don't respond.

Same here. I paid on Saturday and I've still not been accepted into the developer program. Support email sent on Tuesday...
