Hello,
I have purchased the APPLE DEVELOPER PROGRAM and it also charged my account and sent an email of the receipt. However, it has been a week I haven't received any confirmation or activation email, and in the account dashboard it says pending. I am now frustrated with the apple support too as I have sent a ticket 3 days ago and still nothing. Didn't expect this level of unresponsiveness from Apple. Is it normal or what? What am i supposed to do now?
Please help
