App stuck in Waiting for Review

Hi everyone,

I’m running into an issue with my app submission. It has been stuck in Waiting for Review for over a month now, and there has been no progress at all.

I’ve already contacted support twice, but unfortunately haven’t received any response.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Are there any ways to speed up the review process or escalate the situation?

I’d really appreciate any advice or shared experiences. Thanks in advance!

I’m experiencing the same issue, and the App Review team sent an automated response to the forum post I created, but nothing has changed. They’ll most likely post a response along these lines: “Thank you for your post. We're investigating and will contact you in App Store Connect to provide further assistance. If you continue to experience issues during review, please contact us.” I was really happy when I saw this message, but nothing has changed—I’ve been waiting for my update to be approved for about a month now.
