Stock apps disappeared after installing beta 3

So, last night I installed beta 3 on my iPhone 6. It seemed pretty slow (like all the previous betas have been on my phone, no big deal there), but then all of a sudden I unlocked my phone and I noticed loads of the apps I have installed were missing. Even many stock apps apps are missing (including Messages, Phone, Safari, App Store, Settings, Photos) as well as all widgets, 3rd party and from Apple. I have literally no idea what's going here, has anyone else had this happen?

Were they just gone or did they seem like they were loading, like an app being downloaded? I had that second thing when installing beta 1 when it came out.

Nope they are really gone. I can search for any of the missing ones in Spotlight and they aren't there. I get notifications for a text and I can't interact with them/respond and there is no icon on the notification, just the default white one with the wireframes. When someone calls me, there is no visual animation/screen it just rings. I have no way to stop the ringing (by double clicking the sleep button), just have to wait until the other person gives up or it goes to my voicemail. If I search for an app in spotlight, some will show up but if I click the link to view in the App Store it just does nothing. Something has gone severely wrong... 😮

Wow. Here's what I suggest - file a bug report and make sure to include system logs and diagnostics as they instruct in the bug report interface. That way they can see the issue and verify it, so that this doesnt happen in the next beta. If this isnt a personal device (which it shouldn't be), keep the device on the beta, that way if they request any more information, you can give it to them.

Welp, I couldn't seem to get the sysdiagnose to work, but I created a bug report and gave as much info as I could. I can always restore the phone with a clean image I/m just interested about what went wrong and if it can happen to others.
