Can’t Download or update apps on iPad Pro

After Beta 3, I cannot update or download any apps on my new iPad Pro. Circle just spins forever, nothing updates, never even pulls up the payment card when getting a new app.

I too am having this issue. Have you had any luck figuring out a solution?

Have you tried going to Settings/iCloud and going to Payment & Shipping and verifying payment info? Others have had luck doing this.

When I go to verify my payment information, the ”Country“ field is left blank. For some reason it is impossible for me to get the country to stick in the Credit Card information. Anyone having a similar problem?

Count me in also. I can not update apps or install new ones this morning (July 15). Funny thing is I was able to yesterday.

I am unable to download any new apps in th app store after Beta 3. I have tried updating the payment info with no luck in resolving the issue. Could someone be more specific as to the steps needed to "update the payment info".


I have the ipad pro 10.5 256GB cellular model.

Hi I to am having the same issue, like you it’s only been since this morning on an iPhone 7 Plus. I don’t have the same issue with an iPad. Barry

I was able to do the updates by clicking the update all button, otherwise the individual apps just spin when I try to update one at a time. So update all solved that but I can’t download any apps even after updating the payment info.

I’m having this same issue since Beta 3, which is frustrating since Beta 2 took out the App Store and then some as well. Fortunately I am able to at least update apps still (for now). I have checked payment information - and while it is blank in settings it does look complete other than the security code in the iTunes Store. Country is also blank but it tells me I have an iTunes Match and Apple Music account that I need to leave to update that. I obviously don’t want to do that. It is listed as the US in the iTunes Store - so I just don’t think it is displaying what is already set.

I can not download new apps either. I was however able to download new apps using iTunes from my iMac. This however all works from my iPhone 6s Plus. Strange stuff.
