My account says ‘pending’ still after 5 days of waiting. Support is seemingly non-existent. Asked for a callback support request. They called and I was on hold for 90 minutes until eventually I had to go do something else. Is the level of service I should expect?
What else is it that I should I be doing in order to get something in return for paying money?
