Unable to Proceed Despite Accepting Apple Developer Program License Agreement

Hello everyone,

I’ve been facing an issue for the past month related to the Apple Developer Program License Agreement.

I am continuously seeing the following message in App Store Connect:

"Agreement Update The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed. For more information, go to your account on the Apple Developer website."

The problem is that I have already reviewed and accepted all available agreements multiple times from the Apple Developer account. Despite this, the message keeps appearing every day, and I am completely blocked from performing any actions such as:

Uploading new apps Submitting app updates Managing existing app versions

I have checked:

Agreements section in both App Store Connect and Apple Developer portal Different browsers and devices Multiple logins/logouts

Everything shows as accepted, but the issue still persists.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there something I might be missing, especially in case of organization accounts or role-based permissions?
