Hi everyone

I’m looking for some help regarding my enrollment. I paid for the Apple Developer Program on April 10th and the funds were fully deducted from my bank account on April 13th. However, my account status has not updated and still shows "Enroll Now" or "Enrollment in progress." I have already contacted support multiple times, but my case hasn't been resolved yet.

Does anyone know how to speed this up, or can a moderator please look into this? It has been over 10 days and I urgently need to start working on my app distribution.

Upon reviewing your account, it appears that you've selected the option to withdraw your enrollment, and your payment was refunded. Your case is open and being reviewed by Developer Support. They will follow up with further details.
