App stuck "In Review" - CRITICAL RELEASE

App Review stuck/stalled — Khalas (App ID 6757966927 Version 1.0.5 - ESCALATION)

My app has been blocked in review far longer than usual, and previous channels have not resolved it. My app has an error and I need to roll back and release a fix and I can't because of this review problem.
