This is to escalate with utmost frustration that we have submitted our app for review and have been following up for a week now after calling Apple support and waiting in the queue for 1+ hour each day. There has been no response to the review whatsoever. We have tried posting on X.com as well.
Our app name is PlayVlay. Request an earlier remediation of this concern.
Additionally, I would like to give feedback to the team that during each previous review, we have received standard SOP comments in each iteration which could have been at the same time with each iteration review waiting time being 2-3 days. This has wasted more than 2+ weeks for us now.
