I’m posting again because the situation is still not resolved, and at this point we have been unable to pass App Review for almost 3 weeks.
Here is the full timeline:
We originally submitted the app for review and waited almost 2 weeks while it stayed in “Waiting for Review.” Since there was no progress, we cancelled that submission and submitted a new build, hoping it might help.
After resubmitting, we waited about another week again in “Waiting for Review.” Then, after posting here on the forum, the app finally moved to “In Review.”
However, it has now been stuck in “In Review” for 2 days, with no updates, no rejection, and no request for additional information.
We have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times, but we mostly receive generic responses and promises to wait. Unfortunately, we still don’t have any clear explanation of what is happening or what we can do to help move the review forward.
We understand that review times can vary, but the total delay is now close to 3 weeks, and this is creating serious problems for our release. We don’t know whether there is a technical issue, a queue issue, or something specific blocking the review.

Any advice from developers who experienced something similar would also be very helpful.
